Exceptional value at Kaanapali Alii Condominium. Priced at the low end of the market, Unit #433 offers one of the best combinations of price, livability, and location currently available at the Kaanapali Alii Condominium. Seller is motivated and encourages buyers to submit all offers for consideration. This nicely upgraded 1-bedroom, 2-bath residence with a den functions comfortably as a second sleeping area with built-in closets, making it feel more like a home than a typical condominium. One of only 22 1-bedroom units in the Kaanapali Alii featuring an oversized double-length lanai (approximately 7' x 24'), the outdoor space easily accommodates lounge chairs and seating for true indoor–outdoor living, double the area than the standard lanais found in other one-bedroom units on the market. Located on the 3rd floor, the unit offers excellent privacy, a pleasant peek of the mountains, and a lush tropical outlook. Mature trees are positioned far enough from the building to create an open, green ambiance without a closed-in feeling. While higher-floor units with similar interiors are priced significantly higher, Unit #433 delivers outstanding value for buyers seeking ownership directly on world-famous Kaanapali Beach without stretching into a much higher price range.
